"The issuance of $16,045,000 general obligation bonds for municipal library facilities." -- I am for it.

BUSINESS
Allen city needs to contest with other Collin county cities to attract new business. We need to atract mid to small size businesses to Allen. North DFW has a vibrant tech startup community, we need to attract these startups by providing tax incentive like other Collin county cities are providing.
Also, we need to revist the DART extension to Allen. Travel time from Allen to Dallas via US-75 is getting worse each year.
